I am a Mortgage Loan Originator at Crown Home Mortgage in Rutherford, New Jersey. I was born and raised in New Jersey before starting my career as a Structural Engineer for the state of Connecticut. My desire to help others obtain the ultimate American Dream of owning a home is what drove me to a career change, switching over to the mortgage world.
As an experienced mortgage loan officer, I know every facet of the mortgage process, which provides me with the skill set needed to make applying for a mortgage simple and easy. I thoroughly enjoy being able to help my clients find their way into their dream home or to assist in financial relief through a refinance, all without the stress and confusion that seems to be associated with the mortgage process.
My advanced knowledge of underwriting guidelines, as well as credit repair allows me to ensure that my borrowers will be able to obtain the best mortgage program that suits their specific needs in the fastest and smoothest way possible. If a borrower does not currently qualify, I gladly take the time to create a custom plan that will work towards the goal of ultimately becoming qualified. Due to my knowledge and work ethic, I can revive loans that have been denied by other lenders by restructuring the loan, whether through credit repair, adjusting the borrower’s finances or using a specialized loan program.
